About pigmentation & sun damage
Pigmentation and sun damage show up as sun spots, brown patches and other visible signs of photoaging: brown spots on the cheeks or hands, an uneven, patchy tone, or redness.
Lumecca IPL targets pigment and redness with intense pulsed light. The energy is absorbed by pigmented cells and breaks down the targeted pigment, and the skin replaces the treated tissue with healthier cells. Moxi, a non-ablative fractional laser, corrects uneven pigmentation while refining tone and texture, and medical-grade chemical peels improve tone and clarity by exfoliating the outer layers of skin.
Which of these suits you — often more than one, sequenced over time — is confirmed with Dr. Marcelin at your consultation.

How we approach it
Tell us what you notice
Start with what you see in the mirror, not a treatment name — that’s what this page is for.
We confirm it in consultation
Dr. Marcelin evaluates your anatomy and skin to confirm what’s actually driving the concern.
You get a plan, not a menu
